Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions and the use of this website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your non excludable statutory rights. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
Delivery
Orders should be despatched within 72 hours of receipt of order. Products should be received by you within 5 working days of leaving our warehouse. Overseas deliveries may take up to 7 working days for delivery. We are unable to ship outside the UK and Ireland. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Any product you order that is not immediately available will be sent to you as soon as possible and the delivery charge will only be charged for the first delivery.
Delivery Charges
Delivery Charges in the UK are £3.50. We are unable to ship outside the UK and Ireland.
Prices
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate include UK sales tax (VAT). We are unable to ship outside the UK and Ireland.
Returns
We trust that you will be satisfied with the products received from us. If you change your mind and wish to return your item(s) simply return the item(s) unopened to us within 14 days for a full refund (Excluding P&P). In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please return the item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Any returns should be wrapped securely, ideally in the original packaging and returned to:

Please include a note which details the reason for the return of the unit. Postage cannot be refunded if you have changed your mind about the purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
